Infinity Labels operates www.infinity-labels.com. The following are Infinity Labels’ policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the site.

If a client provides their email or mailing address, Infinity Labels will use this to send notifications such as order confirmations. Users may also receive occasional offers from Infinity Labels. Infinity Labels will only use client email addresses to respond to email messages or to engage in other communication for which the client has expressly permitted. Clients have the right to opt out at any time.

Clients have 30 calendar days to return an item from the receivable date (for ANY reason and with a valid RMA). Once the item is received by Infinity Labels, we will initiate a FULL refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions: 1. While this hassle-free guarantee is afforded to all stock labels, refunds on custom orders, volume orders and orders of non-label items will be limited to instances where there is an actual product defect; and 2. this 100% refund guarantee is only applicable in the continental United States.

If an item goes on back order Infinity Labels will ship the part that it has in stock. When the item becomes available Infinity Labels will ship that.
The merchandise ordered may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. The client will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. The original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when the order is charged. The client will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.
Infinity Labels uses 3 different carriers to facilitate the efficiency of shipment to clients:
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, Infinity Labels will update the order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipment orders is based on the product weight and location. Before the final checkout page, there will be access to shipping prices, ensuring the client is fully aware of total item costs including shipping.
